Breakfast was really good. Would be nice if it was until 11 instead on 10:30 on Shabbat . Rooms were big. Kitchen was good. Staff was nice .

This hotel was without flaw. There was a level of perfection i have not seen for years in hotels in Israel. Every staff was helpful and available. Spa was with perfection as well. Hope to return soon.

Great location, you have everything you need within a walking distance, beach, restaurants, ATM and supermarket. The bed was very comfortable and we were not disturbed by any noises. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Would defiantly come back

The apartment is very well maintained and looks newer, like it was recently renovated. It is on a smaller side, but this is what would get in Israel. For 1-2 nights, it would be plenty for 2-3 people (couple plus child). Even though we didn't go out, the area/location looks fantastic. Alon (the host) is very responsive and helpful

My family enjoyed the Philistine Museum. It's not large, but we enjoyed it. On the lower level, you can dress up like Philistines. Our kids (young and old) enjoyed sword fighting with the fake swords. And we took a family picture of the whole family dressed as Philistines.

There was ONE RIGHTEOUS person in this Sodom; a customer relations lady, who tried her best to help and assist, and I appreciated her very much.
The rest:
LOUD. No answer at front desk. Messy hallway. Pool too small for such a size of a hotel, hence too crowded and noisy; and not enough shade. Bar/lobby restaurant not good. Lazy and useless employees - the ones that I encountered. Loud late at night and very early morning. Food was mediocre at best, and not much of a variety; one “chef” in the evening was standing at his station frowning and reluctantly answering questions; but he was texting on his phone.
Cost was too high for this kind of experience.
For the time being, not really recommending.

We went without a car, and the options for kosher, child-friendly restaurants within walking distance of our hotel were few. Our hotel was just south of the port, and we tried to walk to the marina to take a boat ride -- I don't recommend that. We took a taxi back to the hotel - much better idea. The beaches were great, and the life guards were attentive. Overall, we were very happy and will go back.

The beaches are clean!
The beaches are clean!
The rent you pay for the beach- chairs and beds and umbrellas is practical for free! If you bring back your chairs etc. they give you most of the money back. This is subsidized by the municipality of Ashdod. You're expected to leave "your piece of land on the beach" clean!
Ice-cream, snacks, and even a bad towel can be bought for cost price.
You can even borrow a book to read!

Ashdod has great beaches and plenty of parks and playgrounds. Our kids had an especially great time at the Pirate Playground in Miami Beach and at Yam Park. The latter has an artifical lake with a water/light show in the evening, a great playground and plenty of benches and tables for a picnic. We enjoyed walks along the beach in the evenings and my husband was happy to run for an hour every morning and try out some of the gym equipment that is installed along the sidewalk near the beach.
Our Host Amir and his wife was very helpful and very tentative to make sure we've got everything we need upon arrival.
There are plenty of parking spaces for the building if you bring a car. The location is at the north most of Ashdod, so it is close to some industry structure but the beach is still very nice. Walk down directly to the promenade with plenty of foodie restaurants to choose. The apartment is very clean (as good as 3-4 star hotel) and spacious (65 sqm). All features are as described.
The hotel is nicely located near the beach and several restaurants. The room was more than ample for our needs with all the required accessories. Outside the room in the hall were located coffee and tea, cakes and cookies and soft drinks all neatly cared for and displayed. The staff was excellent and kind. A very good hotel with excellent staff and thought behind the fixtures and cleanliness of the entire place. Very highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The studio is exactly as described on the site. The neighborhood is quiet, the sea is is very near. In short, highly recommended.
Friendly staff. I like that hotel was providing coffee, milk, and snacks 24/7 (in a lobby). Beds were comfortable (blankets were in duvets, which I loved). Room had refrigerator and eclectic cattle. Hairdryer was provided upon request as well as extra towels.
The partment was lovely, with a very large jacuzzi, a most beautiful porch & all amenities. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking, market nearby & a short drive to a number of beaches. Highly recommended!
The location, the fact that it is a relatively in a new building, and a quiet apartment. The apartment faces South (Ashkelon and Gaza)and East, not directly the sea (West) - however it can be seen.
Everything was great!
Ashdod is a wonderful city, we enjoyed our stay and will return again for sure.
The apartment is close to the playgrounds, park, public beach and a few good restaurants.
Apartments have a lot of space, two bathrooms and toilets and a big terrace. It found on the 12 floor, there is great view to the Ashdod town. Also apartments are located in the centre.
The pool.with lilo / The balcony / excess towels and sheets / view / excellent location close to beach. Would definitely recommend it to someone wanting a holiday in Ashdod
Location is the best thing about this hotel. Parking is always has some room. Housekeeping personnel (Philippine ladies) was always nice and maintained the room very clean.
I liked how clean and comfortable it was. The staff was very helpful and nice. I have travelled through Israel for the past two months this was my most comfortable stay.
